2024 Fantasy Outlook
As his Hall of Fame career winds down, Miller -- who is currently 27th all-time in career NFL sacks -- has had his share of injury struggles in recent years. In 2023, the 2011 first-rounder appeared in 12 games without a sack, totaling just three tackles. In what could be his last year with the Bills, look for Miller -- who's now further past the torn ACL that ended his 2022 campaign -- to cede starting snaps to Greg Rousseau and A.J, Epenesa, while making his mark as a rotational pass rusher, health-permitting. Reworks contract with Buffalo
Miller and the Bills agreed Wednesday to a reworked contract for the 2024 season, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller's 2024 base salary will fall from $17.1 million to $8.86 million, while his possible incentives will increase from $17.5 million to $20 million this coming season. The move also saves Buffalo about $8.65 million in 2024 salary cap space, as the veteran pass rusher's new deal includes a $7 million signing bonus, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. Miller compiled the least-productive campaign of his career by far in 2023, totaling just three tackles and no sacks over 12 games. He'll enter his age-35 season in 2024.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Top training camp priority
Kevin Patra of NFL.com identifies finding out if Miller can regain his previous form as a top priority for the Bills in training camp.
ANALYSIS
Patra notes Miller is no lock to make the final roster even with $8.5 million guaranteed to him on the team books, considering he didn't record a sack over 12 regular-season games last season. The veteran pass rusher also hasn't earned a Pro Bowl nod since 2019, and although his 2022 knee injury could have still been affecting him last season, the fact Miller is 35 years old may make it difficult for him to bounce back to his once-elite form.

It is not hyperbole to say that Miller is one of the best pass rushers of all time, considering that since he entered the NFL in 2011, the 34-year-old has amassed 123.5 sacks through 161 contests. Last year, however, Miller suffered a season-ending ACL tear in Week 12 and is still working his way back from the injury. There is no official timetable on the linebacker's return to game action, and while there's some optimism that Miller could be available for Week 1, it's possible that he could start the coming campaign on the PUP list.
